K04 upgrade mainfold....what one ??

looking for a uprated manifold, tubular equal length

is there one that does not reposition the turbo, as i dont want to have to change my custom downpipe unless i have to, so looking for bolt on bolt off job.

seen a few tig art ones on ebay that are ceramic coated they look awsome but need to know if its simple bolt on bolt off without moving turbo,downpipe.

ok cheers. were in wales u from wild willy? have to meet up if not to far away have a gander at your car as if im guna keep mine im goin down k04 hybrid route seems to be easyest option for me being k04 now

As previously mentioned dont think there is one available. Might be one for lhd from the states or something but not in the uk. JBS looking to do a cast one but whn its going to be actually made and in stock to purchase only they know. Tig art ones were the original JBS ones but they parted company and it has been mentioned that the welding isnt full penetration which isnt good but not seen one myself. Bills will be a good option as its going to be made by a very good company but they are not cheap. It wont be equal length though. Going to have to be a hold tight and see what come up job I think.

Put money aside for rods for sure and be prepared to see no or minimal change in torque from a hybrid as if you do have 320lb/ft already you wont get much/any more.

Hey lads im from skewen and been looking into upgrading my turbo (had a chat with jamie with the yellow ibiza running 360bhp last night) and trying to price up the most reasonable route for power and future power gains so wouldnt mind a chat if your meeting. Let me know with a PM. Cheers Dai

best bet is go to the section for the car you drive or do a search/research into your car! this is a mk3 ibiza section! jj arosa has been banned so you wont be able to contact him thu this forum!

Yea i have been researching for a few hours today!! I understand that this is the mk3 Ibiza section but if your doing the same mods on the same block then it would be stupid to restrict this to only ibiza owners!! Also its hard enough finding people close to me who are doing work like this and i hear about a few boys from Swansea who want a chat about exactly the same thing as im starting to plan then im gonna want to hear what they have to say!!

and there is a local meets section as well! that is where one would arrange a LOCAL MEET not the mk3 ibiza section!

yeah thats the problem with this forum people think they can write in what ever section they want!

Yea but Badger Bill pointed me to a part of the forum i hadnt looked at yet in a decent way and didnt feel the need to put exclamation marks after every sentence and CAPS LOCKS certain words TO make it SOUND like HE was SHOUTING it OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Think is mad that you would want me to post in a different section just because i dont have the same looking car as you. YOU HAVE A LCR TURBO ON YOUR IBIZA MK3 AND IM GUESSING THAT YOU WOULD HAVE SPOKEN TO SOMEONE WITH THIS TURBO FITTED BEFORE DOING YOURS (POSSIBLY A LCR OWNER)!!!!!!!!!!

Rant over and i wasnt trying to take over the thread thats why i put PM me in the thread fella as to not have replies in the thread. Im planning a K04 hybrid conversion so thats why i was posting and was going to try and add some of the info i had gained from looking today (apologies if it p155ed you off). Just a misunderstanding

no i didnt speak to any lcr owners nor did i post in a lcr section! i did search past threads tho that gave me all the info i needed. my first post was purely advice and also fact.
there was nothing abusive in the post!

also posting in a local meet section will give you a greater chance of the successful meet i was trying to help im sorry you took it the wrong way!
