The rear splitter should fit all FR/Cupra rear bumpers i would have thought. Looking at the pics from the first page the splitter appears to just be an insert around the bumper onto the black plastic moulding

oh so they are gonna use the r32 style so now we should have another type of exhaust at seat sport... well i like a lot the ones from apr and eurojet so now i can use them, i wrote ibex parts about this just waiting for response...

igor the heatshield is a pain to put or at least that was the issue i had lol

Dear Sir

This part is not available right now

Probably in one or two months

IBEXPARTS

VIGO SPAIN

The rear engine cover mounting studs seemed to be superglued in, ended up destroying the plastic and unscrewing with a 10mm socket, used the front ones to secure it...

hello guys,

some bad news have come up...

It seems that there have been a problem with the first production run, meaning that the tooling for front spoiler have caused an molding fault = the whole production have been scrapped... Now we have to wait another month before the kit will be released...

I used to work as an injection moulder, and this sort of thing can happen when the wrong mix of recycled/new plastic is used, too much gas produced causing holes/poor mould flow...

do you reckon you could get that front splitter to fit a pre facelift MK1 Leon bumper?

Sounds like poor design of the tooling.
Something like that could suffer from serious bowing when it cools.
Most tooling is made is China these days. But it's never 100% perfect. Something always needs working on. It could be that the tooling wasn't completely checked to the drawings before it was put into probuction.
Is it made from ABS/PC ?

I would guess that is the spoiler from the kit

edit: no it's not!!!!!!!! The spoiler from the kit is bonded across the middle and would only fit an FR/Cupra front bumper

What that is is a copy of the MS Design kit. They've been fannying around with their kit so much people have had time to copy it and release it first.

It would look better on a non K1.
It's hard to see what it's like on a black car too.
