Knocking noise Ateca FR Sport

Hi, I have recently picked up a 2021 Ateca FR Sport & there is a knocking noise at low speed from the front suspension. Sometimes I can make it do it turning from full lock to full lock but it mainly does is in low speed cornering. It happens every time I drive the car yet amazingly having spent 10 days in the main dealer they can't hear it. Any suggestions welcome. Thank you

Probably a red herring but it seems sometimes they leave the transporter blocks in the suspension at the time of delivery. There are some pictures on the site that were recently posted. Wondered whether you might have the odd one or two left in. Dealers are suppose to remove them but don't always.

The test in the old days was to bounce the corners of the car and listen... there are some mechanics that know exactly what the suspension sounds are on a test drive.
