well its hard to tell.
we need the see the shaft side of the turbo. You have to count the number of blades there.
12 is k03
8 is k03s.
btw, if you go for this one, take off the metal pipe on the right of pic and place a silicone TIP there. Spool will sound good, and I'm not sure that will fit on the rest of your oem TIP

but you are right in saying that maybe (not sure) the k03 wasn't fitted with a silencer
it looks like one but i meant that he have to check if it have 8 blades like you sad
