Is it the LCR TIP I need rather than the standard Leon Cupra TIP because I think this one use's a ko3 and the LCR a K04?

If it's a CRT hybrid then it uses a K04 compressor housing IIRC so you'd need a K04 TIP, though there does seem to be some inconsistencies.
Easiest way to check is measure the diameter of the compressor inlet - any more than 45mm and you need a larger (K04) TIP

It *should'nt* come with the K04 comp wheel as is, but should be machined down..
K03s silicon TIP will fit over in that case.
I say *should* as they dont seem consistent..
Check with CR on the machined OD of the TIP and tell them it must be to fit 44mm max for silicon TIP to stretch over (I think) not 51mm which is from memory k04's std size and I have seen one machined to 48mm too (neither will fit an available TIP)
I dont think LCR tip fits without moving water expansion bottle.. sits every thing to high and other fittings then dont reach either without mods

Yeah thanks Bill. Spoke to Mark today at CR turbos and he confirmed the standard KO3 TIP will fit, it's a few MM bigger but the silicone should give enough to fit.
My forge tip for k03s didnt fit... it was impossible for me to get it fit on... well done if you can do it.. but i oped for getting a silicone LCR tip from the bay
