KWV3 coilovers making a TTSSCHH sound....

Hi guys,
I have KWV3 coilovers, have had them a while now (maybe 15 months), anyway they are fantastic...until tonight! Basically im driving the same route i always do, including speed bumps etc. As im going over the speed bumps (5mph) normally i get over without a hitch, but tonight i hear schhhhh which was a slight scraping noise from the splitter.

Anyway, i carried on as normal, got to the next bump at same speed then i hear a loudish TTSSCCHH as i went over. I instantly thought for sake, and it was the same for the next few bumps. I had been meaning to get the coilovers softened for a while actually and i never got round to it....looks like i have a bit of a problem with these now cos of it. Dont KW have a lifetime warranty fo these or not?

As it is dark, i have no idea if the car has dropped down or not, will see in the morning

any help welcomed here...

Sounds like when I'd blown a shock years back (yumping)

I had a similar sound turned out it was my under car engine cover that had come loose and was scraping everything.

are you sure the speed hump didn't have any snow/ice build up on it?
i have this where i live, a couple of nasty humps which catch under the car if i'm not very careful, went over them this morning with build up of snow and it caught..
