Hi Guys,

My front Lambda sensor has gone, i bought a new BOSCH one from GSF and left it with my mate to fit as i've been away no he said he can only find one under the car roughly where the drivers seat is. That to me is the 2nd Lambda is that correct????

Does any one have an schematics of where the front lambda sensor as my mate couldn't find it the part no i got from GSF is 930VG1120.

Can anyone help i really want to get it done this weekend

have i got the right part number do you the one i have had 5 wires coming out of it. To see it i'm guessing i need to jack it up and get under the engine at the front

Cool does anyone have a picture of where the lambda sensor is so i know where i'm looking

Dude... it's the only wired in thing going into the exhaust

One pre cat (just 'inside' the bend)
One post cat - right after the cat.

it's real easy to see

ok you say its easy to see but i really don't know what i'm looking for hence i was asking for a picture what do you mean inside the bend

Without stating the obvious, what engine do you have?

If you want advice its best too be specific.

Ahh ok, well its in the downpipe infront of the cat, usually points upwards towards the car iirc. There isnt much pipe to check.

Thanks to this i have just found my Lambda sensor. Does anyone know it its a 4 or 5 wire on a 2001 Cupra?
My mate has a spare 5 wire of this R32 i could have. If not will have to buy but still need to know

You will want to buy a genuine bosch part, that way it just clips straight in, no messing with soldering wires etc

Yeah but what has the genuine one got? Went to Euro Car parts and there is a 4 and 5 wire one with the same part number
