Lambda sensor removal?

Hey, can anyone suggest a good way of removing the fron lambda sensor on my audi S3? Elsa shows a special tool is needed, like a cut open socket, can anyone else share their methods of removal? thanks

Oh and apologies for it being audi related, I know you lot really know your stuff as i'm on here reading posts quite often!

you need to use a 22mm spanner/socket. obviously the socket has to be a deep one and have a cut out for the wiring, so unless you have one its prob easier to use a spanner, btw i work for audi.
