Hi guys I've tried to do a quick search about this.
I'm looking into a rear strut brace for my LCR, does anyone have one?
Who makes them and do they attach to the strut tops or bolt between the wheel arches?
Can anyone show me the way haha?
Cheers

hughes engineering did my one mate, think his name is Mike, they are in Liverpool. They custom make them (so there is a waiting time.) Mine took about two weeks to arrive and the workmanship is superb.

Only thing Mike insists on cheque payment before he starts work, so bear this in mind. It will cost £85 quid. Call 01515491400

heres a pic of mine, sos for the quality, but rest assured you wont be disapointed with the brace when you get it.

hey bud
kinda hard to explain but when you take off the carpet/sound deadening, you will see 2 great holes in the body shell. Well, on the brace you have 2 plates on the end of the brace which is an exact fit for these holes. So basically it is bolted into the actual bodyshell.

hope that helps, oh and its a PITA getting it all back together after fitting, as the plastic needs cutting to fit around the brace.

Cool!
Cheers for the heads up matey, at least it sounds like a proper good fit.
I'll get one sorted asap.

Im thinking about buying one of these... is there a noticable improvement to the handling? As a note... I currently have coilovers and i plan to fit a front strut and a neuspeed anti roll bars.

Thanks in advance for any feedback!
