Hello,

My 06 1.8T LCR (55k) has problem thats driving me mad! When I change gear the revs rise when I depress the clutch and then 'hang' for second. Some times if i'm trying make a fast get away the car revs out before i can get the next gear. The problem is worse in the first two gear and this is due to the clutch switch that hold the revs steady intentionally - if I remove the swicth the problem gets a little better but then changes are very lumpy.

I have just fitted a replacement Throttle Body which made no difference. The car is re-maped by REVO but this is switchable to standard and doing this makes no difference. The car has a FORGE DV but revering back to the origial DV makes not difference either.

I was thinking of having the TB aligned by my SEAT dealer, do u think this will help or do u have any other ideas.

Many thanks

Jon
