I ordered a Cupra Black 5dr Dsg at the beginning of September this was the deal I got with the Main Dealer saying on Lease there is no room for change in price of the quote as they cant do nothing with it.
Personal Lease 2 X 23 £312 8k miles no maintenance. Total £7800 over 2 years.

After reading all the posts regarding Leases I feel like I am paying over the odds on what a lot of others are.
So I spoke to dealer before and mentioned my concerns and all the various quotes I am reading about with a lot being from other main dealers also, and that I am thinking of cancelling to wait for facelift.
He has emailed back asking if I can show him some official quotes so he can show his manager and maybe do something about it.

So I am asking a favour of fellow members if they wouldn't mind emailing me any quotes they received from main dealers that are below the 7k over 2 years. This would help me out a lot.
Unless you think my deal is not too bad some feedback would help.

email jamie-1980 at hotmail.com (cant put the proper at for email till 15 posts sorry )

Thanks

I'd be looking to pay under £300 for that lease per month. About £250-£280 to be honest. Can't help with what you are looking for though, I paid my Cupra off months ago on a HP.

Yeah that's what I am thinking now, this is my first lease and didn't do much research on price tbh that was first mistake , second was coming on here to see how much others are paying :lol:

Thanks anyway though

Mine is £394 per month on 0%, did I do something wrong?

Surely it depends on your deposit and final settlement amount?

2400 deposit and 131 a month I'm paying 2 year deal with freedom contracts

if you don't want mileage added to your car, i advise you collect it, they get someone to deliver it in person, they don't deliver it on a trailer, because apparently it isn't prestige enough, and then they deduct the mileage from your annual!

A good lease should small print that the delivery mileage doesn't count towards annual, that's what mine says anyway haha

i'm with freedom aswell bud, when i asked them they said it counts towards your mileage, also i can't get my head around, a guy i work with took a BMW 116d on lease, and they delivered it on a trailer, but it's worth 3k less than the Cupra, but have to deliver the Cupra with a driver..

EDIT! Didn't look who i was replying to! disregard the same lease company haha.

Easiest way to compare quotes quickly is through this site... saves lots of time trawling through offers yourself...

Since I put deposit on mine I think I have been on every lease site going and seen loads of different quotes off people on here.
I am just after some hard evidence off a couple of members on here that I can show my dealer which may or may not get me some money knocked off my initial amount.

An offer from a lease company is hard evidence isn't it? Whatever the site says is what's offered, if that undercuts what you're paying significantly then something isn't right

Yes I get that and its not any old lease company I'm talking about. My dealer told me that Seat has a fixed price on the Lease of a Cupra , which is obviously not true judging by what people have taken out through lookers seat stockport . I just need some evidence to prove this to my dealer. I haven't had an offer from anywhere else myself as its too late as we all know.

A car dealer telling a lie? Surely not! Not sure how'd you get that unless you enquire with other Seat dealers but you'd have to pretend to be pretty bloody interested to get to the financial side of it

Haha I know....Thats why I am asking for one of our members to maybe forward on some of their own paperwork to me with figures on as proof. Obviously I would remove any names before showing to dealer.

Hi mate mines from dealer although I work within group and it's 6/23 @ £210 pmth although that's the 290ST BE plus seat sound and camera pack and 10k so they can play with prices, lease company's had emotion red hatches for £195 normally on a 6/23

Just email one of the companies with the best offer... any broker will produce a PDF quote in minutes. They want a sale and that's what they do. When your dealer can't match it then you have a quote to take up :p

Hi mate , something like that is what I am looking for, from a main dealer as they are not going to match prices from any old lease company. Not to mention that they have stopped taking orders now so its not like I can go elsewhere.

Any chance you could email some proof mate, even just a pic on your phone would do I could DM you my number?
