Hello

Looking at doing a deal on a 1.4 FR, do you know who's doing good deals on these?

Already looked at drive the deal, but just seeing what else is out there.

Get a pre-reg, with the 14 plate coming shortly, they'll be discounting them like mad. I got a 63 reg 2.0 150PS FR with all the options bar adaptive cruise control for 18000. For the sake of it being 4 months old, that's over £6000 off the configurator price for the same spec online.

If going for new, also try Carwow, they send your enquiry to lots of dealers and they can then respond with their offers.

I tried a couple of months ago and they were slightly cheaper than DtD.

I'm just waiting for the dynamic pack to be available on the FR184 hatch (due 1st March or so I'm told) before I order through Carwow.

Looking for the same car, was looking at A3 but everything is extra. If you find a great deal let us know and I will do likewise.

So did you pay around 16500 with the 1000 deposit contribution if you take out the 0% finance etc?

The best I have locally so far is 17500 for tech pack, conv pack, 18" Performance alloys and space saver wheel in Red on 3 years 0% with a 50% deposit. Sounds like there is still some margin in there if you are a grand lower with Driver Assist and optional paint! Probably a couple of hundred over book price on my trade in though....

Where did you get that deal? I spent 20k for 1.4 sc tsi with tech pack, spare wheel, metallic, sound system and led interior lights. I did the 50% deposit and 0% finance. The 20k was actually 19k with the £1000 contribution.

Depends if you had to pay for your Tech pack or whether it was free. If it was free then I think you probably could have got a better deal even with the 0% finance. If you had to pay for Tech pack then your 19k is about right.

10-12% is achievable on a brand new order just by searching through CarWow. I used this site and got just over 10% saving from Stoke SEAT and was also offered part-ex £1100 above the book price.
