What do you mean by stopped to click? Is it not changing gears?
@Zx7R you can remove the paddle and check if it's broken or perhaps what's causing it. Turn the steering wheel a quarter turn and remove the pin sitting below the paddle using nose pliers and you should be able to remove and inspect it.

When you press on it - it sort of clicks when it changes the gear - you can feel it that it goes down (closer to you) and back. Now one feels like it is stuck - it does work, but I need really press on it.
I have found the part name, the problem for me now to find some place to buy it (I am not from those who can safely stuck their hands into the car and get away with it :/ )
