How come be careful with 5 Bar? I was going to just get a 4 Bar as I haven't fitted the 5 bar yet, but planning on going 350bhp Hybrid eventually so thought would save getting it later on? Or am I over compensating, It a good idea to use 5 bar for Stage 2)

The pumps are known for dying with them (especially as they're getting old/high mileage now). Some people have no issues, some do.

If you're going hybrid then you'll need bigger injectors without a doubt for anywhere over 300bhp, 550's will give you enough fuel at 4bar again at hybrid power level.

Scrap that! Realised my mistake after thinking why do you need a 4 bar when it's already 4 (and it's only Tuesday!).

3 bar is all you need (your standard FPR). 5 bar is a definite no, 4 bar is touch and go.

Read on a Tuning Website (maybe Revo but don't hold me to it) that you need one for there stage 2, 4 Bar

It would have been Revo yea (they like the 4 bar it seems).

Do a search around on the forum regarding it, you'll get mixed opinions. It works if your pump is running well enough for it of course, but if it's not you'll quickly run into problems.

Safest option would be to upgrade the pump too. I don't think it's that expensive for a Walbro for instance.

Ok il have a look around and see if there cheap pumps ect lol
