LEON FR+ 150 tdi Flat Spot!

Hello all, I have recently purchased a 55plate FR+ 150 tdi with 30k on the clock and regained my love of driving again. I have now noticed a slight flat spot after changing from 2nd to 3rd gear.
The car goes as it should through 1st and 2nd but once in 3rd just seems to dawdle before anything happens at all!
Has anyone else experienced this, or have any idea what could be wrong? I initially thought it was turbo lag but just seems too extreme to be that!
Anyway, hopefully someone can shed some light on the subject for me (or point out how stupid I am).

dont have it in mine now to be totally honest, but if you change to early she can drag her hills a bit before she gets herself going. i find if you change above 3000rpm its never a problem..

Not noticed any flat spots in my FR+

Yeah it will struggle abit below certain revs in higher gears but thats expected with the turbo.

Did you buy it privately or from a garage?

Got it from a garage, why do you ask? Think its worth taking it back for them to have a look?

Yeah thats what I was going to say, if its definitely noticeable i'd give them a call if I was you.

do you have VAG COM,or access to it?
i would be able to shed some light on it if you could get some logs of block 11 in 3rd gear from 2000 to 4500rpm.
