Leon Fr 170 pd tdi MPG

Hi folks,

So I'm wondering about the actual mpg for Fr 170 leons.
Guidelines say about 47 mpg but I seem to be regularly getting up to 49 and even 51 mpg.
Anyone seeing these figures at all? Or is it possibly my car has been remapped?

Mixed driving conditions + i am running shark stage 2 with Dpf delete 44/45mpg...on a long run I.E over half a tank 52mpg mostly motorways&fast A roads....

I've Never seen 47mpg with town driving included..

I must drive wearing lead boots, I average 42mpg although I don't particularly believe the dash readout since sitting in traffic the average drops like a stone, must do a test using miles covered to fuel used.

I check mine against fuelly app, to be fair my Mpg trip average is only about a mile or so out on average..but then again I never reset Mpg average on position 2 as it resets every 2000 miles away..my on board is currently sat @ 44.3mpg last fuelly fillup showed 45.5mpg average.....I can live with that as mine gets some good boots on nightshift....

I averaged 60mpg DPF Delete and a remap but it was the same before. I always drove at 60mph and all motorway

I've never seen more than 35 around town and no more than 43 on a run lol what am I doing wrong?

Mine shot up when they did the injector recall.
I now struggle to get below 45.

I drive off boost, Super eco,
I was (When I had the car) in 6th by 40mph
Minimal braking unless absolutely essential.

when on the motorway, cruise control 60mph

I get 50mpg+ each day without any real change in driving style... if I'm really trying to be frugle I can get higher.

This was the other week on a particularly slow, but steady, commute into work:

I've had as high as 59mpg

PS this is on my std pre-FL PD170 over a 45mi commute to work.

My average is 42-44. Never seen higher than 45

I was going long run doing max 60 cause of fog and mpg kept rising! Delighted hehe

CR Engines will get much better MPG - Our B6 Passat 140 gets high 60's without any hassle.
