Leon FR 170

Hi,

My old man is looking to buy a Leon FR. We have test driven them both and were impressed by both but with the forever rising price of fuel we are thinking the diesel is the better buy (and the fact the dealer is offering 0% on the petrol and not the diesel speaks volumes).

Where is the best place to get a good deal on a new diesel FR, he would be looking for a base spec FR with only tomtom connection and metallic paint.

IMO bluetooth, 18" wheels, and mudflaps are also a must!

I went for the 170FR because IMHO the resale value will be a lot stronger down the line, also


IT drives like a barsket, handles like its on rails and does 35mpg round the town can't want for more


Ye agree with above BT and 18's are a must but it looks the dogs in black...

My 6 weeks old Black FR has 18"s, blootueth and Convenience Pack - it's now returning 45mpg (@4500 miles). Handles very well - a bit crashy on the poor roads around here though.

Turns heads regularly....
