Leon FR 2.0 TSI

Hi,

I own a Leon FR 2.0 TSI Super Copa, live in Mexico, not sure if You guys have same car in the U.K., my car is 265 WHP from factory,as far as I know it is a 211WHP engine re-mapped from factory, It has the IHI turbo.

At 4,000 Kms. on the clock I installed the FORGE TwinTake CAI,FORGE TwinCooler, FORGE Turbo pipes and Eurojet 3" downpipe witn Sport Cat, the car feels much more better but now I'm considering to swap for a better turbo...maybe a GT-3071R kit for V.W.

Any advise will be highly appreciated.

Some countries get "special" edition cars

SEAT Sweden did a MK2 Leon Cupra R "310"

Thats **** and then seat UK void warranties for remaps.

Yep upto SEAT UK though

Either SEAT Sport or another company will produce the mapping for them and SEAT of that country will say yes we will warrant this

As far as I know, the "Super Copa" edition was a "batch" of only 150 units sold in Mexico, someone told me it has a UNITRONIC map, but not sure of that...

Do You have the 2.0 TSI engine with 211 WHP in U.K.?

Yes engine code is CCZB/CAWB

doing abit of research it appears SEAT Mexico did a Supercopa editon which was orange with stripes is that what you have got?

I think it's 211 HP at the fly and not at the wheels.

Nop the orange with black stripes Super Copa Edition was a CUPRA...and It was a TFSI engine, I think it was 2010 or 2011, mine is red and It is 2013, only white and red colors were available.

By now I can't post pictures from my car until I have 15 post as per the forum's rules.

What does the ED20 stand for?

Andrew: Do You know if the suspension on ths Leon MK2 same as V.W. MK6?...In erms of sway bars, shock absorbers, etc?

Not 100% sure about the shocks, i was under the impression the Golf MK5/MK6 was slightly different to the Leon in that respect but i might be wrong.

Anti-Roll Bars/Swaybars are the same i think, Ive got H&R uprated ones

Thanks Andrew!...I'm looking to buy a set of H&R 28 m.m. front & 24 m.m. rear, they are for V.W. GTI MK6....can't find stuff for Leon FR 2013 ...maybe I'm looking for at the wrong places??....where did You got yours?, are they a direct application?

It's imposible to get stuff like this in Mexico unless You are willing to pay tons of money for it...cheaper to search and import Your own stuff
