Confusingly Seat decided they needed a lower power model, so they brought in a 140bhp model and gave the FR badge.
The 170 engine version became FR+.
Prior to that the Diesel FR was 170 bhp.

I thought there was some cosmetic differences too... but I might be making that up. I thought exhaust tips and mirror covers were different.
Yes quite possibly, and I'm not sure who got the stylish 'rear tick' lights either.
Was FR+ standard with Sat Nav too? They seemed to come well equipped.
Well BTCC obviously, but they're not cheap and almost always missing the cover for the jacking point.
Naturally you need the larger wheels to go with it as well, plus maybe a lowering kit depending on the car sits.
I think the tick lights were standard on the late 2011/early 2012. Same as you got RNS315, but I think the early 2011 and before got the RNS310.
