Leon KL VC-Kombi in Leon 5F

Strange question but did anyone try to retrofit a Leon MK4 VC-kombi to a Leon MK3?
I found out that the Part numbers are not very diffrent. My current kombi has partnumber 5F0920790 and the kombi i want to replace it with has part number 5FA920790...

Maybe someone has experiance with that because i really want the sport layout and cant get it to work

If I remember correctly when I was thinking of fitting VC to my car, the MK4 VC has the warning lights, that are at the top on a MK3 VC, where the fuel and temp gauges are on the MK3 VC, hope that makes sense

The problem is the immobilizer. The Seat Leon 5F has immobilizer 5A; the master unit is in the instrument cluster.

The Leon KL also uses the MQB EVO platform, but with immobilizer 5D; the master unit is in the BCM (Body Control Module).

You can't legally get it running.
