Over last month replaced the tyre twice and keep going flat.

Kwik fit showed me a crack in the inside of the alloy.

So looks like I need a new alloy.

My seat leon fr has 18" alloys!

Now anyone know best place to get one be it new or refurbished to good quality or even someone selling one alloy wheel?

I doubt it can be repaired but only has a little crack in it.

So best places to get one apart from seat of course as there probably expensive there?

Welding can be a cheap option for expensive rims (the old OZ superleggera was notorious for cracks). If the rims isn't too expesive I would stay away from welding. Getting a crack in a heavy Seat rim is an achievement and so rare that the wheel probably suffered some serious impact before building the crack. I would buy new but it's your decision.

Welding the crack can work but these alloys are not prone to cracks from low stress so it's likely that your alloy is buckled as well as cracked. Before you go looking into welding get the wheel checked to make sure it's not buckled and that it is actually still a circle (not egg shaped)

Dave at sere motors has quoted me £250 delivered for 1 x new seat andromeda 18" alloy.

This a good price anyone know of anywhere cheaper?
