For my Cupra I got it from here .
For our Skoda Fabia 2018 I have bought 1 hour “Flatrate” in Erwin. Then it was possible to download information about the modules. Cost today in Erwin Seat starts at 7 EUR for one hour. Good value for the money!

I think they have been removed due to copyright issues but @TheSwede has given you the link to Erwin where for a small fee you can download the files yourself.

Login works, I just did a test. Also use right language for the documents, preferably English.
Not possible for all language, eg no workshop manuals in Swedish.
The guiding texts you can in your own language.
Buy flatrate !
