Letchworth – From bad to WORSE!

Some of you may know that I had a leak in my driver side footwell. Well I booked the car into Letchworth to be looked at but because I needed a courtesy car I had to wait for two weeks. So I plugged where I thought the water was leaking from and waited until today. I turn up 15 minuets before they said to get there and 45 min later they arrive to a queue of about 8 people (all had been waiting for them to open as they had been told the wrong times as well) I hand over my keys and guess what, the person who booked the car in had forgotten to book me a courtesy car, even tho he specifically said I would have to wait two weeks if I wanted the courtesy car! So not only am I 2 hours late for work now but I haven’t got my car fixed and its another 2 weeks wait from another garage!

AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH! What a blinding start to my week! Drove past a VW dealer on the way to work and seriously considered going in to look at a new motor as im so hacked off with mine at the moment.

They wanted me to pay extra insurance for a courtesy car when i was last there, i told them where to stick the 1.2.

You turn up in a 1.8 Turbo and you get told that!

If i can do anything with VAG-COM let me know mate, could go out for a log or something see if we can find the problem. maybe MAF or something?

I never even get the option to have a Courtesy Car booked for me when my car goes in to my dealer as they are normally all booked up?

Thats really not good and can see why your off but you love that car you cant sell it?

my car went in for its service today scott at chesnut and they didn't have a courtesy car for me so they gave me there 02 plate s3 they have up for sale and to take the pi55 even more they knocked 10% off everything i had done today basdards. i think you should give chesnut a go scott wot you got to lose?

No its a dealer thing, so its just policy if you get a car etc.
