Sitting on a rebuilt AMK bottom end.
Metal water pump and timing belt kit installed
Integrated engineering forged con rods using ARP bolts.
Inconel exhaust valves, super tech springs and titanium retainers
Performance
Custom map utilising TIV by Niki
TD06 60-1 20g from kinugawa
Extremely strong custom made manifold thats 3mm thick in diameter all round
38mm tial mvs external wastegate, with screamer pipe
Custom made down pipe that maintains a 3 inch bore down to the exhaust.
Custom full exhaust system 3" decat
Custom made TIP maintaining a 3 inch diameter till the mouth of the turbo.
Bosch 044 inline fuel pump plumbed properly and wired in parallel with the original setup running off its own relay and power source.
Large front mount intercooler (welly cooler) by Toyo sports stealthily installed and hidden away.
Phenolic inlet gasket with extended bolts.
Deka 630cc injectors.
Forge 63mm map pipe.
Custom made oil feed pipe with plenty of slack to manoeuvre.
Creation motor sport silicone hoses.
evap deleted, n249 deleted along with a whole host of uneeded/unused pipes ect
Ibiza cupra fuel filter relocated to engine bay.
Handling
Quaiffe differential which had its oil changed late 2012
Poly bushed rear axel bushes.
Raceland ultimo adjustable coil over suspension
Replaced both top mounts and ARB bushes
Neuspeed rear ARB
Front two hubs both replaced along with track rod ends and both ball joints.
Usual Cupra r brembos with brembo pads. replaced front discs and pads
20mm spacers all round with extended nuts and extended locking nuts.
Drop links and steering track rod ends replaced along with both front ball joints.
Poly filled engine mounts and poly bushed dog bone mount.
Extras
Fog lights removed with air duct feeding air filter.
Tinted heko wind deflectors
Gloss black wheels
Gloss black front plastic trims
Cars been mapped and made: 420 BHP and 355 lb/torque, but sadly will be sold or broke soon.
