Location of Connecter

Can anyone Tell me, where the Connecter is on a Seat Ibiza '53 TDI is car is, as i have the VAG Software and cable for my GOLF, and mate has a Seat, but cant find cable Connecter.

have you had a look under the trim under the steering wheel, thats where it is on mk MK3, but not 100% about the mk4. or maybe under the ash tray?

The pull down pocket, lower right of the steering wheel, pull out squeeze the top and pull.
