Just yours sadly :(

You seem to have picked up all the 'common' things, but normally you don't see them all inside six months!

Hmm, I am stating to wonder where it will end to be honest.
I have now made a considerable investment in the car maybe another 1K since buying it and that was only April.
It depends on how it goes now, anything else big and I will have to look at cutting my losses.
Trouble is when its OK I really like it

Just thinking about what its had since I purchased.

All new brake disc's.
Two new cam belts (ok one was damaged)
New water pump.
New radiator.
New clutch.
New engine oil.
New gear box oil.
Pre cat Lambda sensor.
New front brake pads

Self fixes:

Leaking rear wash under dash.
Leaking front door seals.
Speaker mounts front.
New rear tweeters (did not fit in front as seemed over kill)
Radio code.
Antenna fix.

To do.

Rear door seals have now started leaking  currently due to weather and time I have had to tape up the rear windows to keep the water out.
Possible issue with the cat, see my vagcom thread.

OK so most of this was due to the (and I am sorry) previous and only other t*s*er of an owner who did god knows what to the poor thing and had it serviced by a right numpty, who did more damage than good.

But, as a brand I don't like the leaky nature of the cars, just bad engineering in this day and age.
I hate the huge cost of getting the simplest things done.
The probe for example £105 alone!!!!

Its reached the point that I am dreading the long trip I must make next week, wondering what will go wrong after that, its a very good job that I have my wife's little 1992 Vivio which I use for work, I just could not trust the Leon.

Anyway, I digress :)

JKM are gods!

worry not when they have it agreed very expensive cars sigh
