My seat mk2 won’t lock with the key fob at all I have to hold the key in the door to lock it but ones it locked the rear doors won’t open until I open them from the inside dose anyone know what this could be

Seems like a daft question but have you tried replacing fob battery?

Yeah I have tried if I lock it with the key and just turn it it won’t lock I have to hold it for a bit so it will lock it’s weird

Sounds like the door module, try the quick fix to see if the problem improves.

I have just tried a stronger battery and everything is working fine again thanks for everyone’s help
