Looking at leon 150 fr

Hi guys, thought i would check this forum out for some seat owners advice.
I am currently driving a mkV Golf R32 but the running costs are too much for what i want at present. I have been looking at the leon for a while and out of all the cars i looked at it ticks the most boxes. My R32 is almost fully loaded dsg, nav etc etc but im struggleing to get any interes due to economic climate i guess. I have been offered an 06 55 Grey (sorry dont remember the actual name) with cupra bodykit/wheels the fr+ iirc. It has the cd changer and elec mirrors. Its done 12k miles and is up at just under £13k. They will give me this and £8k. My car cost £30k new 11months ago. Am i being stung or does this sound right, also any other info greatly appreciated.

Well according to parkers Trade on yours is just over 21k private good is 22.6k

On the Leon parkers price for the FR tdi is 11.7k trade and 12.5k private good but I'd expect the fr+ with is cupra R kit and a few other extras to fetch a little bit more....so with 8k it sounds a fair trade going off parkers prices....especially considering todays stupid petrol prices putting people off buying thirsty v6's.... just my 2p's worth though....

I really wouldnt sell your r32 no matter how much it was drinking. Your going to basically lose like 10k in 11months
