Model Year 23/24 Loud steering screech when turning at low speeds

Hello everyone I have had my MY23 Formentor V2 on lease for the last 3 years and it due to go back at the end of the month. I love the car and has not given any issues at all except for the infotainment screen resetting twice during that time. I am thinking of keeping the car after the lease but in recent weeks I have been having a loud screeching noise when maneuvering at low speed such as parking or moving off slowly at full lock or making a tight turn.. Does any one have any idea what might be causing this? I don't want to keep the car if its going to be a big expense to put right. I'm thinking it might be the power steering pump or the rack

Sorry, can’t help with diagnosing the cause of the issue with your car. However, it would be worth checking the terms of your lease agreement as there may be a requirement to repair any such issues prior to returning the car, in which case might be paying to get it fixed whether you decide to keep the car or not.
