Model Year 21/22 Space Saver spare

Hi, I’m currently looking at getting a ‘Space Saver’ spare wheel for my Formentor (‘22 plate V2 DSG)
Looking online there are quite a few 18” and 19” choices, as my car has the 19” wheels I assume the 19” space saver would be the one I need (again I’m assuming the 18” are for the V1 model which I think has 18” rims?)
Does anyone have any recommendations as prices can vary from 180.00 (or lower) up to £300+
