Low volume/sound

Has anyone noticed that the volume has changed? I think that an over air update must have change the sound settings as I noticed that the graphic equaliser had reset and also I have to turn the volume higher than I used to, I can now turn the volume upto maximum and still talk to my partner without raising my voice. I have a 2022 Arona FR Sport with Beats audio. I have my car booked in for a software update due to infotainment issues on the 19th January so the garage is going to get their master technician to look into the issues.

What software version is your unit on? The latest for the Arona is 0836 and it's pretty much flawless

It’s on software version 0809 but until recently worked fine.

It's out of date but I don't know of any sound issues related to the infotainment software. I don't remember seeing any TPIs mentioning it either

I wouldn't stress, let them deal with it - it's what warranty is for
