Front lower wishbones? No more than an hour per side, and about £30 for pressed steel wishbones. The cast ones are considerably more.

Why replace them though? They're just a lump of metal. Unless one has beem damaged or bent, just get the bushes replaced.

Its actually just as cheap to replace the whole arm, they have 3 bushes each side so replacing the arm changes all 3 bushes instead of changing just the balljoint for example.

It also is less labour to replace the complete arams, as you remove & refit instead of removed, press bushes out/in then refit.

You can get a pair of complete arms for circa £60, labour is an hour to an hour and a half for both max, they take 20 minutes each in the real world max.

Standard pressed arms are that cheap, cast arms are more expensive. And in both cases, if you buy a complete arm for a bargain price, you'll be getting bargain bushes which will wear out in no time. I would prefer to get £60 worth of bushes.

By the way, where's the third bush? There's only two bushes per side unless I'm missing something?

I been quote approx £400 fitted so I'm guessing they are not the cheap ones . Thanks for the offer of the second hand ones but I'm looking for new cheers though

Dave @ SERE does new LCR wishbones for £125 each with bushes but without the balljoint (£31.85 ea) so for new bits you'd be looking at ~£315 before fitting ;)
