Lowering springs

What would be the best lowering springs for an SE Leon? Mine sits really high up and im wanting to drop it quite a bit, anyone know the best way to lower it

My Leon FR is lowered with H&R 28843 springs that drop about 35mm. In the first picture I have 19" wheels while in the second I have 17" wheels. In my opinion, this is the lowest you should go if you want to drive the car daily.

How was the ride with the 19s on? I’ve got 17s rn and looking to upgrade to 18s

Honestly, the car is a little more uncomfortable and you have to be careful when it comes to potholes and bumps in the road, but you get used to it and it's not a problem. I climb the sidewalk every day and so far I have had no problems. Definitely takes some time ti get used to it after some smaller wheels like 17" in my case.
