M12 spline bit for seat bolts

Hi can anyone confirm if this is the bolt which the seats are held in by, and where you can buy the individual bit?

went to machine mart and halfords yesterday but they only had sets

Id just buy the set mate, at least then you have them. dont know about the mk4, but the mk5 uses them a lot.

Its an M10 spline. Just buy the set, its a handy bit of kit to have.
