Making links shorter

Hi folks.

I've noticed on quite a number of posts links to other pages have been shortened to click here.
That way a huge line of link code stuff is not displayed in the post.

How do I make links shorter but still have them work?

Hello mate,

ok if replying click go advanced.

Above the message text box there is a toolbar. Enter text as required and then hightlight the text you want to link from .i.e 'my car' and then click the 'Insert Link' button (world icon). Enter the web page .i.e.www.seatcupra.net/forums and then click ok.

Here is my car!!

The text will be sorrounded by tags but don't worry about this. To check your post click preview post.

This is also the same with new threads.
