back again for more advice guys! got the turbo manifold fitted agaiin temporarily though, as upo inspection turns out the exhaust manifold is also cracked :( any info wherre would be best to find another exhaust manifold? and also would it have to be an upgraded one if i haave plans to get it to stage 2 spec? didnt know if its been too much power thats cracked it or just age related

Don't need to go uprated for stage 2, some people port their manifolds though. I havent and im ko3s stage 2 revo, theres plenty for sale on facebook atm if you have that. Usually crack due to age, mine has a few hairline cracks in it, but nothing to worry me atm. Pm me and il send you the link to the facebook ones.

If the cracks arent bad then it would be fine to use, depending obviously where they are etc.
I still have a manifold here if needed bud

Ok guys cheers again, the guy said its cracked pretty bad im not sure exactly where though, he git a quote from seat for 380iah amd i found one on a jbs performance website @ 400 , anyone know much about this or jad any dealings with them ?

JBS one is the one i would choose if i were upgrading, nice bit of kit, but if your only running Ko3/Ko3s save your pennies and just get a standard oem one, and port it if you really want to. Plenty 2nd hand for £25 in good condition, or take Rae up on his offer, before someone else does.

is that the exhaust manifold u have available rae or the turbo manifold i was after in thhe first place? i will have to speak to the mechanic see exactly where the crack is on my exhaust manifold.

Im meaning the exhaust manifold lads, managed to buy a turbo
hotside which has now been replaced :)

yeah thats the one mate, did you upgrade yours or is this just a spare? any noticable cracks in it bud?

This was on my spare head when i got it mate, but i run a custom tubular for different turbo setup. It has 1 hair line crack between 2 bolt holes but is still very useable and certainly would not leak
