Hi

Dad got a new phone and updated a number of his contacts.

When pairing the phone today the old contacts appeared to be there and struggling to see how these can be deleted. I tried deleting both the new and old phones as well as the existing user profile without success.

Any ideas on what to do?

When you went through the pairing process did the phone ask you to authorise phone book sync/upload ?

I remember when I first paired a Samsung to the Leon it did not ask.
I re-did the pairing and it asked the question - then the contacts in the car matched the phone.
