Firstly, hello all

Not posted much here but been a long time watcher so I thought I would sign up and make a thread.

Before moving to the Seat world, I had a mk5 1.9 tdi golf, not many photos of it left hanging around but managed to grab this

Had to opt for the FR model due to insurance

As I bought it the car had:
Remapped but yet to get it RRd
Baley dump valve
Powder coated alloys in black
Decat exhaust

All I've added so far is wind deflectors

Plans on a budget so far are:
Coilovers, could do with some opinions on how low is still practical, I live with a lot of speed bumps
New rims (eventually)
Debadge
Some light tints along with rear and front light tints
Induction kit
Bonnet bra
Then some interior mods, will be more but kind of going with the flow!

Here's some pics of how it stands

Will grab more when I get chance, at work and can't take more just yet

Hope you like it

How low would you guys recommend? A lot of speed bumps around so still want to be able to clear them

Springs are a good compromise between ride height and comfort, my Ibiza is lowered 30mm on Eibach Pro springs and it's a better stance, but still not absolutely horrendous over the bumps!

Nice FR, they seem to be hard to come by nowadays. im about 20mm away from the arch on coilovers but im not too low, i have to go over humps and the splitter scrapes on everything as it is!

Thanks for the replies, yeah I've been recommended eibach by a lot of people, think I'm going to go for a 30mm drop, after an arm rest aswell seen a few on eBay anyone know how hard they are to fit?
