MK2 Ibiza GTI 8V on Ronal 16"...How Low?

Can anyone help me? Im wondering how low i can go just on a set of springs on a standard gti 2.0 8v ibiza with some nice shiny new ronal 16" refurbs with 195/45/16.
I was thinking of going 40mm? is that going to be ok, no scruba rub dub

Andy.. have a good look around on the Mk2 section , or look in the readers rides section, most of us have dropped our Mk2 but to various setups.. will give you loads of ideas and rob your pockets of any savings in the blink of an eye..

beat you 60mm. could easily of gone down to 80 if i had coilies with the tyres just touching:
