MK2 (Typ 1M 1998–2005) original suspension

I'm trying to find the original (or better) stock suspension for my Toledo 2001 16L.
the previous owner had it lowered and it sucks.
Please if you can provide a link or a shop that I can find such parts.

Why?

Why does the lowered car suck?
First off did he cut the springs and left the original shocks on? OR did he lower the car with a Kit?

Well it sucks cause every time I hit a bump it feels like I fell with an elevator from 2nd floor. Sometimes I think the car is gonna fall apart and my 5 year old son looks at me with confusion?
A mechanic said to me that it is not cut.
I took it to an Mot station and they said its fine!! what the f*ck??!! It can't be
Should I just change the shocks? what kind of shocks standard, sport?
Should I change the whole legs with the originals and how do I find the originals?

I think yours not the sport suspension. Try TPS or Eurocarparts they will help you
