Mk3 cupra 2001. No mpg readout???

Bought my ibiza last week and been told it should say the mpg on the radio/ climate control screen bit mine just say the outside temperature..... Tried the switch on the headlight stalk but nothing happens

It should do - I wonder if the screen has been changed to one from a poverty spec model - I seem to remember our old 1.4 Mk3 had a fixed display there, but our Cupra (like yours) didn't

Your stalk switch might be broke.

My cupra is the same, have heard that the stalks can play up but still havent had the time to check it out.

I had the same thing . Turned out to be the radio its self not the facia, had been swapped for a unit from lesser model . just sapped the radio for a cupra one and all was good

i have this problem changed the stalk and difference must be the radio or facia on mine
