hi guys my mate crashed his ibiza
bonnet, o/s headlsmp, wing and bumper are non repairable he was thinking of breaking it he has loads of mods forge fmic/ brembos, forge tip, forge dump valve, cone filter, samco and forge pipes, dunno wat exaust it is but aftermarket i think,, oz super wheels boost gauges and everything else
he was just wondering if any1 would be intrested in anything if he did break it ???

Sorry to bring up and old thread but was that car reg x38. ekn by any chance as it looks like my old car which i sold around that time last year with all the mods you stated. Been wondering whats happened to it as it hasnt been taxed since last year and im sorry i sold it.
Pretty sure it was yours by the mods you have in your sig.
The thing was stuffed into a wall & had front end damage - didnt look to severe but the chasis was damaged.
The superleggeras are back in Liverpool now (but are now black) along with the rear spacers. - On my car.
I went to south wales to collect them - I think the lad had purchased it not long before (think he had it about a month) - if I remember correctly he said he had driven up north to buy it.
Thanks mate sounds like my car, had a feeling the lad who bought it would crash it as the car was rapid. Take it you bought 5 of the oz super leggeras as it had a spare with toyo proxes t1r's if i remember right with eibach spaces.
Yeah sorry, I got the 15mm rear spacers aswell as the front 5mm spacers.
Need to get spigot rings for the fronts as I didn't get any with them.
The 5th wheel was at the lads place of work at the time, so never got it - got the wheels for a good price though - so not particularly bothered.
Where abouts in liverpool are you from?
Dont see many MK3 Cupras around here - only other one I know about round here is in Childwall (has lexarse lights).

I live in bootle and had the cupra for about 5 years, i only remember 1 other cupra and that was a black cupra in speke if i remember right but as you said they are very rare round here and people are very suprised when you leave them at the lights
I was looking to buy it back as i wished i never sold it but thats never going to happen now. Whats yours like ?

Doesnt have brembos. forge fmic or cupra R gauge holder + gauges as there lying at the bottom of my bed

Did you miss the kw coilovers and blueflame/jetex turbo back exhaust as you seem to have bought the other best bits
When you fit the brembo's make sure the hose it tied up as i had to replace the hoses with them rubbing on the wheels causing the pipe to split, just alittle abit of advice

Did he not give you the brembo disc's and ferodo ds2500 pads with the callipers ?
thats a good price for the brembo's and fmic, the brakes cost me £900 and the fmic cost me about £500 so you got a good deal there
Nah he never gave me the discs, Did ask about them but cant remember his answer ( probs worn too much ) Yeah I know I got a good deal, Lad was pretty sound to deal with even when I sent the paypal money to the wrong person lolol

But im still up and down queens drive like a yoyo - the gf lives in Anfield.
Mines pretty much the same spec as your one - apart from being custard coloured.

i recognise the black car in the pic think he works in mc donalds for the people who went to pick parts up did you go to Merthyr Tydfil to get them ?
No idea how much you would get for a whole car thats been broken,
How much do people normally pay for brembos and a forge intercooler 2nd hand?
