Surely the existing vw engine remaps will work on any new model? Still the same engines

Its not that easy. You can't just stick a mk2 CR170 map on to a mk3 CR150.

I was thing more like a tuning companies remap revo have remaps for vw with same engines would they cross over??

Yes the APR map on my car is the same as Golf R asking as they have the same ecu number

but the mk3 engine setups are new all across the range so there are no existing maps
