Gearbox help

I am really struggling to find a replacement gearbox for my leon and i really dont want to go down the rebuild route. This is my first car so i have no clue where to look and what to do.
Seat leon mk3 1.2tsi 6 speed
Engine code: CJZA
gearbox code: OAJ 301103A
does anyone have one/know where to get one
Ideally under 70k miles

I don't know the answer but are you able to fit the gearbox yourself, if not you might want to ask the garage you want to do the work if they will accept a second hand one.

If you are happy to buy a new one then a good VAG Specialist should be able to price up a new one (or perhaps have good contacts to get an acceptable used one) but if its used then you would have to ask is there any guarantee.

Sorry for the negative tone, I lost a DSG box many years ago and had to get a new one which the garage sourced for me (Different Leon).

Yeah ive been to the garage to ask about it and they told me to source it elsewhere. The main parts dealer in carlisle A-Z has shut down so they werent sure where to go. The only helpful thing they said was that my gearbox was meant to be impenetrable
