mk5 fr to sport exhaust?

after ordering my sport and seein a couple on the road ive found myself dreading owning that awful little exhaust lol

has anyone swapped or know if the fr one will fit?

its a 5 door so if it would fit would it need to be a 5 door one?

will it sit lower or are the fr and sport bumpers the same size?

We have a 1.6 Sport Petrol 5 door and the little exhaust makes a real nice growl when the car is given a bit of poke.

Are you wanting Looks or Sound ?

im after looks only its a tdi 1.6.

i dont want an aftermarket one as they sound silly most the time im after a factory sound

If you could live with it you could go for the tailpipe trim

If you are after factory sound and not planning tuning the car why bother with a new exhaust?
Just buy the tailpipe and you ll be sorted nice and cheap

I just bought a tailpipe from the local motor factors.

It looks a lot better than standard.
