Mods required for bigger BHP on 2.0L TDI sport

Just to let you know mine is about 190bhp and 322lbft. And that just off a remap

Leon_MHX, that is exactly the figures I have on my 2.0 TDI Octavia, I have a remap and K&N cone filter, what about you? my next step is a Hybrid Turbo and Exhuast system

Mine only has the remap at the minute, ill be looking into getting a hybrid when i have the money haha

Well after some of the figures iv seen people posting thhink I will just go with a re-map for the moment Is it a set map or is it up to the individual garage what kind of map they have or can they tweak them on the day?

What size of exhaust would be best i.e 2.75" or 3" staraight through?

A generic map will be the same across the board to suit a particular type of engine. ie, PD140 engine as found in all VAG brands.

A custon map will be set up for your particular engine in your car. ie, set up on a rolling road to suit any mods you have.

As for exhaust, personally I wouldn't bother until you fit a hybrid exhaust. Just my opinion though.
