Hello my friends,

i am preparing a SEAT leon to racing specs, but unfortunaly when i got the intallation of the steering wheel, i found myself into trouble.

I was about to install the steering wheel, (momo, the only one that I could find in stock) and when I started to install the hub kit, I found that I had to remove the angle sensor that comes behind the original steering wheel. But as soon as I got it out, of course that I got an error from the ECU , and the TCS light came on, and stayed that way.

How could I install te hub and the wheel and still have the TCS running?

Thanks to all for the help, and all help is welcome. :D

you'll need the wheel angle sensor fitted or adapted to fit to the new hub

if its racing spec are you going to need TCS working ?

i'll be honest once the red lights gone out (dont wait for greens) it would probably be more of a hiderance than a help ?

I am using a momo boss kit hub, dont know if it comes in another version.

i have been receiving help from mark, from backdraftmotorsport, he told me that when i get teh LSD installed and new ecu reprograming the TCS will work much better than stock.

thats more like it in all honesty

standard road spec TCS is fine but going to be a 'mare if racing - i'm a fan of the more manual the better though :) i hate airbags/abs even power steering - setup and designed right you shouldnt need any of em but im old skool that way

not seen a listed momo boss got the late one yet ? not a mk1 version is it ?
