But to your question, there's not much you can do apart from the air filter, drilled airbox and exhaust system unless you're willing to spend $$$.

But even then you won't get that many gains.

Click search in the top mate. Then you can click advanced search if you want, then when you type in your keyword, look in the fields on the page, there's a "section" where you can select it to search in the Mk3 Ibiza forums.

99-02 will be mk3 as previously said. No help on how to get more power though, you can drill the airbox and change the exhaust but it won't make much difference without spending some cash.
