Dunno if the Aura's got an AUX input, but if not you could use an FM modulator (defeating the object in the process by turning a digital signal into an analogue one!).
The Aura's made by Grundig, you could always email them a query?

they dont work on aux in the phatnise connects to the CD autochanger.
