mud flaps

Hi guys was thinkinng of putting mud flaps on my gunmetal grey leon cupra r to save getting chips, i have been told that evo 5 mud flaps fit straight on dont know if this is right or no. any one got pics of an lcr with mud flaps on it. I just dont know how i would look.

me vauxhall had mud flaps and the only rust on the cars was were the flap touched the wing

Anti Stone Chip Flaps

I've recently purchased a '02 Leon Cupra and came across this thread whilst searching for mud-flaps. Using Danny's idea, I bought a pair of universal mud-flaps (Ripspeed) made of a thin plastic. They're quite large, and if not cut, would look like rally style flaps. I cut them down so much that I could make two flaps out of one. I didn't really want to drill holes in the arch liner so made use of the existing screws.
I'm not really fussed about the car getting muddy, it's the stone chips that bother me that might start rust!
